April Forums and Webchats
Two campus engagement events were held in April that were designed to gather comment on the Phase I work team recommendations. The first event was held on April 17 in Union South. The second event was held on April 19 at the Health Sciences Learning Center.
Additionally, two hour-long webchats were held on April 11 and 12 allowing for feedback on Phase 1 recommendations. The topics of the first chat were the recommendations of the employee categories, benefits, recruitment and assessment and diverse workforce work teams. The second day’s chat covered the recommendations of the compensation, competencies and titling work teams.
Two campus engagement events designed to gather feedback on the HR Design project were held March 13 and 15. The first engagement opportunity was held in Varsity Hall 2 at Union South.
