HR Design project leaders will hold a series of information sessions on the implementation of the plan.

The information sessions will include a presentation by project leaders and a question and answer period.

The first session is scheduled for Monday, March 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Union South. A session is also set for Tuesday, March 12 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Gordon Dining & Events Center.

A third session is scheduled to accommodate second and third shift workers. It will be held on Wednesday, March 13 from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Health Sciences Learning Center. Parking for the late night session will be available in Lot 95 and Lot 60 from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. A parking permit will not be required during those times. Staff are encouraged to carpool.

The presentation portion of all three sessions will be facilitated in English, Spanish, Tibetan and Hmong with interpretation services provided for the question and answer periods.  In addition, facilitation and interpretation will be provided in Mandarin Chinese for the late night session
