Project structure

Development of the HR Design Strategic Plan incorporated the findings of a series of work teams across the human resources landscape: employee categories, benefits, compensation, titling, competencies, recruitment and assessment, a diverse workforce, performance management, employee development, retention and flexibility, and retirement and succession.

Implementation of HR Design relies on project leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who manage each plan component, and training and communications teams who work closely with SMEs, Audience Point Persons (APPs) and Collaboration Representatives to ensure the needs, concerns, priorities and differences among the University’s diverse workforce are fully addressed.
